Asher Learning Hub uses personal information to provide learner accounts, course access, learning progress, support, website analytics, approved learner reviews and, where enabled, payment administration.
Information we may process
This can include a learner's name, email address, learner reference, course enrolments, progress and assessment information, approved review content, and basic website usage data such as pages viewed, referral source and randomly generated visitor/session identifiers.
Payments
Where Stripe checkout is enabled, card payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout service. Asher Learning Hub may receive payment status, amount, product purchased, transaction/session identifiers and the email used for the purchase. We do not need to store the full card number on this website.
Learner reviews
Reviews are linked to an enrolled learner for verification and are held for moderation. Public reviews display a shortened learner name rather than the learner's email address. Reviews are not published automatically.
Website analytics
We record basic website usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, a randomly generated visitor identifier and a session identifier. This is used to understand how the learning platform is used and improve the service. We do not intentionally include course answers in analytics events.
AI learning exercises
Do not enter real personal, health, employee, customer or confidential business information into public practice fields. Training exercises are designed to use fictional or anonymised information.
